Wonderful! Great job portraying both Vader and Mara. I like how you have Mara trying to help Vader and being unafraid of him--it seems very 'Mara' like and something she would have done when she was that age. Excellent job with Vader's thoughts and emotions. I also like the arrival of Palpatine and how Vader was the one to meet Mara first.

This is strangely endearing. Normally I'm not a fan of Mara, but this was quite delightful not to mention it actually seemed realistic. I hope you continue this plot idea as it has potential =D

Little Mara was very funny. She had that indomitable spirit from the start.

Fascinating take on early Vader. Committed to his enterprise, yet still at the core the same young man who made those terrible choices.

Another amazing vignette.

I think this is my absolute favorite explanation of Mara's origins. Not only were the characterization and introspections spot one, but your deft use of imagery and texture will make this fic exceptionally memorable in my mind.
