It was good until near the middle of the story. I don't think Qui-Gon would have gone for some enigmatic Senator. I mean, it took him almost 50 years with Tahl....

i loved it, it brought a sence of Qui Gon taht we have never seen befor, allthough, I don't think that he would have fallen for the senetor. And I love the ending. Wnderful, write more!!!!!!!!

Interesting twist on Qui-Gonn's unknown past, but from Episode 1, I see Qui-Gonn as more contemptuous of authority, and I don't think he would be snared by a Le&Le senator. Well written, though.

That's correct, Ecthelion was Denethor's father, but this reference is to the screen name of a friend of mine that is a virtual fountain of SW intellectual knowledge. I use his name in all my fan fiction, as a "thank you."

very well written, although I wasn't particularly happy when he fell for her. Even so, Qui-Gon is my absolute favorite character, and I enjoy reading just about everything that has anything to do with him, so thanks for posting it! :)
