This was an interesting and credible look at the afterlife and dynamic between those two.

I really like the interactions and imagery here -- as you know. The idea that the place Qui-Gon died has had such a hold on Dooku's thoughts, and he never went there; Qui-Gon's clear love, but harshness; that last gasp of blaming-other-people when Dooku thinks of it as a place Qui-Gon trapped him. And, of course... that he wins through in the end. :)

This was really beautiful. I absolutely loved Qui-Gon's line about Jedi never being alone because they are connected to everything. That will stick with me for a long time.

A lovely, powerful piece!

This is really good. It made me not hate Dooku, and that's saying something. Good job.

Excellent piece. There aren't enough SW fanfic writers who have tackled Dooku, one of the few interesting characters in the prequels. Don't let your exploration of him stop there.

Wow, that was wonderful. That Qui-Gon would hold him in the Force just long enough for Dooku to make an all important decision is not surprise.

He needed to hear that his previous ones were his own and not lay blame on others.

Stellar fic.

Not being a huge fan of AotC, I never really connected much with Dooku. Here, for the first time, I see him as a deep, fully realized person, even a tragic figure. The Qui-Gon interaction was very good, as was the fic overall. I enjoyed it thoroughly!

Awesome piece! You've weaved in some excellent Force Philosophy, and that's great. And I love that you used Dooku like you did--he's such a complex character. I really enjoyed this one!

This is an awesome fanfic! Great job on it! I really wish these and other great "Star Wars" fanfics were canonized w/in the "Star Wars" canon itself, because many of them really can fit w/in the stories that have already been told. And this is one of them. I too love the interactions between Qui-Gon and Dooku, and in "the netherworld of the Force"! I also love how the Force, the Light Side that is, hasn't given up on Dooku despite all the evil he had done while alive. I'm glad he was able to redeem himself. If not physically, but spiritually. Once again, great job on this, and keep on writing...

Incredible! I've always wanted to write something like this, but never process the skill. Your piece fulfill many of my secret fantasies, well written.
