*sigh* I love the tenderness he demonstrates, the desperation you convey with the words. Well well done.

Don't you just love it when, while reading a fanfic, you get a burst of inspiration to write your own. Thanks for that inspiration (argh! Why do I have a Studies of Religion assessment tomorrow?), as well as the good read. I especially liked the reminder about Padme and the Angels of Iego - it was a beautiful image.
As a moderate criticism: I don't know how well this structure or format fitted what you wanted to portray - it seemed like... too much the obvious choice. It seems that doing something else with the voice, rather than have Obi-Wan talking to Padme, would have made the story more impactful and emotive, rahter than explanatory. Just something to keep in mind for future stories.
Again, thank you.

Oh my goodness.. this is just so beautiful. Tears are pouring down my face as I type this. You have done a lovely job on this fic. I love the premise of it, Obi-wan's thoughts as he is helping Padme deliver the babies. And when he says he knows it should have been Ani there, I started bawling! I'd like to know if you plan on writing more along this vein? Or anything relating to Ani/Padme, because I'd really like to read it.

Very good fic. I liked the connection you created between Obi-Wan and Padme as friends. I also like how you mentioned resentment when he found out about the marriage...it seems as if Obi-Wan really would feel that way, that perhaps it was this relationship that caused Anakin's downfall. Anyway, very emotion. I enjoyed reading it!

this is amazing... the best thing that i love about star wars is the great love story of anakin and padme but then there's that undercurrent of padme and obi-wan's friendship as opposed to the inseparable camaderie of obi-wan and anakin. this is quite unique because we all know there is deep love between obi-wan and padme, more of a brotherly affection than anything else... and we've found in this believable and moving piece just how profound. :) hope you come up with more stories. thank you.

Wow...
I love it when I read a piece that leaves me with an ache in my heart that matches what I know that character must be feeling. It's the well-written fics that leave that feeling, where you can follow the character in his/her struggle. I believe you accomplished that well.
I enjoyed this. :) Thank you.
