A really good idea, and interesting to read. Should've been longer and focused more on Luke and Vader.

I did not think Vader was characterised very well, however. He just doesn't speak or act in that way.

Good idea though.

Interesting concept. A little bit strange, but it's a nice read.
I think, however, that a better ending would be Vader choking the hell of Tarkin after the battle of Yavin, then taking over the Death Star and, after taking it to Coruscant, blast the planet to hell with Sidious included so he can be the new emperor with Luke as his apprentice.

A nice twist of history. I felt it should have been a little more psychologically profound, with more of what Vader was feeling, perhaps a hint of what Obi-Wan had really intended by telling Luke his father's identity so early. Still, most interesting.

Anyone else remember the false vision Mara Jade saw of the Emperor's death? Of Luke and Vader fighting until they turned and, as one, struck down the Emperor?

Interesting story.

You said in your introduction that there was a reason why Obi-Wan didn't tell Luke that Vader was his father. Is this supposed to be a vindication for Obi-Wan's actions?

NO! Don't end it there. I hope there is a sequel to this; or if not, you are planning one.

It was sad that Yavin IV, including Leia, Han, etc. were all killed. That just didn't seem right.

Great story though.

I loved the story and the idea of it though i hate Luke so very very much and a lot.

By the way, were i the emperor i'd just make my life easier by killing Vader for i'd be trusting him no more.
