Love that you used present tense. Makes it so much more emotional. How truly sad that he never found out what a family would be like.
Great job with this.

I loved this the first time I read it and every time I've read it since then I've found something new to love about it. A wonderful introspective piece. But that's no surprise since you are the author.

This is a very beautiful story. It gives a new angle, for me, to anakin's character that all of the other father/child stories haven't been able accomplish for me. The things, like Anakin being afraid to touch Padme's stomach, him thanking her at the end and his bewilderment at being able to love "them" so deeply were really what pulled me in. Thanks for writting such a wonderfull story.

WOW! This was great! It was so sweet how he came to terms of becoming a father. And how he realized he already loved their child(ren). Aww.
Well, written. I absolutely loved it!!! :)

This was an excellent piece of work. It really fits in with the storyline and I'm sure the character of Anakin was thinking about him soon to be a father. I really enjoyed this piece.

Beautiful piece, works well as a missing scene to ROTS. Anakin said in the movie that Padme's pregnancy announcement was the happiest moment of his life; I can see this piece as a missing scene after they returned to Padme's apartment. Great job. :)
