Great job. I loved how you kept all the characters so very close to canon. The way they all interacted was just bang on.
Loved the last line.
Wonderful

Excellent story! The ending was just like Padme -- beautiful, but sad. I even cried, and that doesn't happen very often when reading fanfic.

Oh wow. That was a very good story, and it tied in with the movie very well at the end. I almost cried. Very good job.

This was a great story. I felt that it actually tied E3 and E4 together quite well. How do we know that in E3 Padme (maybe with the help of on her closest Jedi Masters, namely Yoda) didn't fake her death? Wonderful story. I could picture all of the characters in my mind just like a movie. Someone should turn this in to a fan film!

Awesome fanfic! The characters were so much like their movie counterparts. I liked the connections to the prequels. (Obi-Wan leaving Anakin on Mustafar, Anakin's lightsaber, etc.)It also does a good job at showing what would've happened had Padme lived though E3. Excellent AU. I like the last line. It ties in with E4 good.

It was fabulous to see this totally convincing story that fit in so closely with the movies and explored the feelings and emotions of Obi Wan, Padme, Luke, Owen, and Berus so very well. Thank you for posting this. It is unique in the fan fiction, and is exceptionally well written, as well.
It is something I'd hope to see, more stories about Padme and maybe later about Padme's family on Naboo and Luke and Leia meeting them.

Wonderful, wonderful story! You had me in tears when Obi-Wan found Padme and Padme's last moments watching the sunset was so beautifully written.
I also love how you tied the ending into the movies and explained the reason Obi-Wan was out and about. What an original idea.
Thank you, thank you for writing this.

Great Story Gina. I loved how you tied all of the characters all together. I also thought that the story tied in some lose end between Ep3 and Ep4 had Padme servived at the end of Ep3. Thanks for writing such a great story I give you a perfect 10. Thanks again and May The FORCE Be With YOU.

This fanfic was very touching; like several others who read it, I also cried when Padme had to part with Luke.

Mind blowing. The way Padme and Obi-Wan were portrayed was exactly they were in the movies. I actually wish that this had happened rather than Padme dying in 3. It was truly moving.
