For being a story about grief this was surprizingly funny.

I take it this happened during DN? Leia's line about being the brunt of a joke her whole life was particularly witty. :D

Wonderful, and so sad and yet so funny. Leia and Mara are both wonderfully in character.

And the line about the biggest incest joke in the galaxy was a touch of pure genius. A superbly sly poke at the RL equivalent. Brilliant!

Ouch. Painful, and yet funny as well. Princess Pest Control and the "incest joke" actually coming up in the GFFA.... Good for them getting together and finding some comfort, even if they're probably going to add another kind of misery in the morning. I think the talk and release were probably healing in their own way. (And on that note, good job with the fear of healing, of letting go of grief.)

That is without a doubt a most brilliant response from Leia, especially under the circumstances iof sharing their grief. I love how it turned my sniffles of saddness into laughter.
