I can top that. When I cancelled my Vodafone cotanct early in order to switch to EE, I owed them a3118.50p.This was fine as EE were giving me half that back on exchange for my old handset So I called them to proceed.I completed the transaction over the phone in the EE store and changed cotancts. I checked my bank account the next week to find they had charged me a31185 to close the cotanct.
