I liked this, i though the dialogue between jango and dooku was cool, really well done, but that opening bit were its just jango bragging, i thought that was a bit much. but i liked it jango was very cool, and its hard to write people cool

Yes, the opening is just Jango bragging. I did that because the Mandalorian supercommandos were so well trained they probably did brag a lot. Plus in the Bounty Hunter Wars triliogy Boba brags a lot as well. Also to everyone else, my apologies for spelling and/or grammar errors I failed to catch in time.

And when I get angry, I kill that which I am angry at. Namely, you." I love this kinda stuff! "This man can't. Actually the boasting was something I wanted to comment on as well. The Mandalorian warriors were in fact a rather modest group. You'd know this if you have read Jango Fett: Open Seasons the new comic thats gives insight into the mandalorians.

Thank you for informing me that I was misinformed. I don't read comics. Also as I stated previously, Boba thinks highly of himself in the Bounty Hunter Wars trilogy. Although I thought that was the worst Star Wars trilogy I ever read.

The Archive does not require writers to use the Expanded Universe any more than the individual writer sees fit. He may use all of it or some of it, or he may reject it in its entirety.

It still seems like a poor way to make your story longer to be quite honest.

Overall, this story wasn't bad. I must say that the typos and the grammatical errors were a bit distracting and substandard for what is usually accepted here at the archive, but I don't blame the writer for that. That's something that should have been caught by a second or third party. Not a bad bit of story telling. I'm looking forward to more work from you. I rated it a 7 out of 10.

I loved it! Jango and Boba Fett are my all-time fave charachters (apart from Leia) and this was a great portrayal of Jango! Screw the Mandalorians and how often of not they boasted! This is Jango, and he's entitled to brag! A wonderful piece of work! I'd give it a nine out of ten!

This was a refreshingly original little story. Did you know that yours is the only story in the archive so far to feature Dooku? Now he's *my* favourite character from Episode 2, and you got his cool poise just right! I enjoyed it a lot, Thankyou.

This story didn't quite fit with who I thought Jango is. I would think he would be humble in his presentation as he was with Obi Wan on Kamino. "I'm just a simple man, trying to make my way in the universe..."
Another "problem" I saw is Dooku telling Jango that he used the psuedonym of Sifo-Dyas. In AOTC Jango claims to have never heard of him. And really we don't know if Dooku used the name or not.
Regardless of my opinion, the story was well crafted, and I thought that Dooku was well rendered.

Nice, really it was good. In the new Gamecube game that is coming out next year or later this year (I forgot when) you play as Jango Fett in a 3rd person shoter, there are rumors it shows how Jango meets Doku. It would be nice to see how they compare.

Hmmm...Smoothly written, though some of Dooku's lines seemed a little...well...childish (for lack of a better word). Overall a good story, however.
And for those above who complained about grammer errors, "They has serveral problems from their own."
I enjoyed it!

I wish more people would write about the shady characters of the prequels. This story is interesting, it was good but you could have added a lot more. Maybe cover Jango's visit to Kamino, the idea of cloning a son for him, etc. Also, I don't believe these two would meet in a cave. Maybe use a different setting, like Dooku's palace, or an abandoned warehouse.

I thought this story was a very clever idea. Dooku is one of my favorite prequel characters and I think you did an excellent job writing him. I gave this 10 out of 10 not because it was written around one of my favorites, but simply because you wrote the story well and it was overall enjoyable, and that is what I look for.

I love how you portrayed both characters in the conversation. You nailed Dooku's calm, regal attitude, and Jango's rough tough type. Since it's obvious Sidious and Dooku ordered the clones, you're accurate on your movie info there, besides the fact Jango doesn't seem to know who Sifo-Dyas is in two, but I can't knock this piece for that little thing. Wonderful character portrayals!

About the part of Jango Bragging: Well, he seems mainly to be bragging to himself. There are plenty of people both in the real world and in fiction who are outwardly modest, but in their minds DO think their the greatest. And while he DOES know he is good, Jango doesn't let arrogance make him underestemate an opponent. And in the Bounty Hunter Wars, Boba Fett didn't seem so much as bragging that he was the greatest bounty hunter in the galaxy, merely stating a fact.
