I usually enjoy AU material, be it Star Wars or Star Trek or DC's Elseworlds graphic novels. In SW, two of the "What Ifs" I always ponder are "What if Leia had been trained as a Jedi instead of Luke?" and "What if Vader captured Luke at the end of ESB?" This story answered and did justice to both questions. One of the best fanfics (and definitely the best CT fanfic)I've read in some time. Hope you're gonna write a sequel!

When I first read the story I was left hanging about what Darth Vader had figured out about Leia, and how shocked they(Luke and Leia) would be to find out about their heritage. I cannot what for the sequel of the second part to read the reactions of both Leia and Luke ,plus Vader's and Palptine's reaction when they put the pieces together. Chewy,Han, and Lando's reaction would be a plus in the story.I love the story and any other stories you have written so far.

this was an amazing story! I love AU that have to do with Luke/Vader and this one was great. It was spectacular the way you showed Vader's jealousy at the thought that Leia was his teacher, you captured Vader perfectly. I really hope you make a sequel to this, I would love to see how you would take this story line through ROTJ. Keep Writing!

I really enjoyed reading your fanfic! I laughed outloud in the chapters that dealt with Leia's training. I also like how you incorporated dialogue from the original films. Very clever! I look forward to reading your next installment-you will write the sequel, won't you? :)

I thought that this was a very interesting story, and I liked the parts on Dagobah. I especially liked the contrast between Leia's reaction to meeting Yoda and Luke's reaction in the movie. My only problem with the story was that I didn't think that Luke would send Leia to find Yoda, instead of going himself. Other than that, great story!

i felt that this was an excellent premise, and unique way to attack the "what-if" possibility of vader disclosing information to various parties prior to events unfolding as designed. the curiousity that is genereated through the final stanza is immense, and begs for a future sequel. the "alt-universe" fanfic is a wondrous place, and this story contributes whole-heartedly. I anxiously await the next installment.

Great..i am very impressed. Yoj nailed Lei's personality, her abillity to hied her feelings in order to pursue thigs politically. However, i believe you made luke seem a little childish. But overall great fanfic

That was simply brilliant. The premise was intriguing and the alteration of both the plot and the characters was just right. You managed to both capture the feel of the characters in the movies and develop them proportionally to the rest of your story. I loved the way Luke had a touch of the whiny farmboy in him--without Yoda to work it out of him, it would have stayed indefinitely. Lastly, I think the interaction between Han and Lando (especially at the introduction part) was suitably light, as the absence of Leia would certainly alter both of their composures. In short, I think this is one of the most entertaining stories I have read. Keep up the great work!

Excellent fic! By far, one of the best AU stories I've read in a very long time. I love the idea of Leia becoming a Jedi and am greatly peeved by the fact that she did not explore her Force abilities more in the EU. Will there be a sequel??
