Dear readers: please note that I have not read the novelization by Matthew Stover, so this story is based only on my viewing of the movie.
Thank you. MTFBWY

Another fantastic story! When I saw you had a new one out I jumped into the read, and as always I was not disapointed.

It must have hurt Obi-Wan so much to watch Luke growing up, looking so much like his father. I love how seeing the baby reminded him of the younglings, particularly after seeing Luke in danger. I was also intrigued by his reaction to Beru. Yet more evidence that Obi-Wan is the quintessential Jedi. No matter what feelings lie in his heart, he will never act on them if the Jedi Code forbids it.

I've always felt so sorry for Obi-Wan after Anakin's fall and this story makes me so happy that he has the opportunity, with Qui-Gon's help, to overcome his grief concerning Anakin. Wonderful job!

Wow. That was pretty awesome. I thought you captured very well how Obi-Wan would be feeling after the betrayal of his Padawan. I also like how most of his grief was centered on the younglings. Very good story! May the Force be with you!

This was so touching!

I think that this fanfic truly touches the struggle Obi Wan went thru after the events of ROTS.. he didnt just sit in the dessert for 20 years.. he struggled to deal with his emotion and his guilt, cause he believes he failed Anakin.

I really enjoyed this one!

Well weaved... How can one forget about those fallen younglings?
I like the way you imagined Obi Wan facing this terrible memory.

Beautiful fic and so sad. I don't think anyone could ahve been unaffected by the death of the younglings, personall I was finding it hard to hold back from crying. Very well written on Obi-Wans feeling, and Qui-Gon's appearance at the end was wonderful! Just the pick up needed. ^^
