NOTE : If a reviewer beta-reads a fan fiction, that reviewer cannot review that fan fiction if it ever gets submitted.

NOTE : If you are looking for a beta-reader for your fan fiction, you can simply e-mail the Beta-Readers Email List (betareaders@fanfic.theforce.net), and it will be sent to 50+ beta-readers, who can contact you about the possibility of doing a beta-reading (if they are interested in doing it). One does not have to be registered or subscribed to the mailing list in order to send mail to it.

Comments : I'm a pre-vet university student, high marks in English and Creative Writing type-things. My writing style is fairly simple. I enjoy using character's thoughts in my stories, and the vocab level is such that it's beyond the 'Dick and Jane' books, but you're not yanking a dictionary out on every other word. Beta reading, I like to see a good balance between humour, drama and action. Character development is also important. I don't want to see stock, dime-store-novel sorts of characters. People grow and change and are flawed. So should characters in a story.

Limits : No Luke/Callista fics, please, I couldn't handle it. And definitely nothing that puts Kyp Durron as the good guy. You can kill anyone except for the characters from the original trilogies - although if you kill any of the Solo kids I'll cry. Apart from that, I'll read anything!
Comments : Anything Luke/Mara or Ani/Padme is great, and if someone can come up with an Episode III fic that surprises me in ANY way, you'll have my respect. (ie. no lava-pit theory, no 'Padme almost tells Anakin and then changes her mind', etc.) Send me some intersting stories, please, I'm bored. Also,I actually ENJOY checking grammar and sentence structure...
