Limits :
I would prefer not to beta-read any sort of Obidala stories. I firmly support Ami/Ani, and don't enjoy love triangles.
Also, my knowledge of the EU is somewhat limited, so I don't know how much help I would be with stories based on that. I've read the Young Jedi
Knights and Junior Jedi Knights series, so I am familiar with the characters of the EU, but not much else. No slash or anything with a higher rating than PG-13.

I would rather not do stories that deal with the prequels. I do NOT want to read any stories with Callista/Luke! I don't mind action/adventure stuff, but I prefer a good romance.

I'm old enough to have seen SW in the theaters in 1977 and actually remember the experience, so I've been loving SW for a long time. Luke is my favorite so I love to read stories with him in them. I love Luke/Mara, Han/Leia, and Kyp/Jaina. I also like Luke/Vader stuff. I try to get stuff back as soon as possible, but I do have a busy life outside of TF.N so shorter stuff (or long stories broken into chapters) would be easier for me to do.

I won't read anything that is only romance- it's fine if your fic has some in it (which many do), and having it play majority within the plot is pushing it, but if it centers around "lovey dovey" stuff, I'm not good at it.
Also, and this fits in with what I said above, I don't like alternate things like "Mara's parents were Obi-Wan and such and such" or "Obi-Wan fell in love with whatshername." Too much confusion for me to handle there, because with Ewan in the Prequels, Obi-Wan's focus has shifted from wise old man to hot teen idol. :p

EU and movie knowledge are a specialty of mine- if you're writing something within canon, or are aspiring to present a concept that could have very well happened within the Star Wars canon, I'm a beta-reader for you.
I also do very well in the development and progress of characters- original, EU, movies, or otherwise.
Generally, Jedi philosophy and political thrillers (which points a majority at the Prequel era, although some of teh best political stories I've read have delt with New Republic poltics or even Imperial government) are what I major in. Although, having a specialty in canon, historicial stories appeal to my beta-reading skills, as do squadron and adventure genres.
