I'm better at EU/NJO works, but I won't discount any fiction in particular except Before the Saga, simply because I don't think I know enough about that time period to be of any real help.

I write and proofread quite a bit for work. I have taken upper level writing courses in college that give me a basic understanding of what it takes to make words flow. I constantly try to improve my own writing with betas and taking what I can from fiction writing help books.
I have written one full-length fanfiction novel, with another on the way. I've also penned over twenty vignettes and short stories. Some of these pieces were nominated and/or have received fanfiction awards.
My strengths are flow/readabiility and characterization.
Limits :
Please Don't sent me any Romance based stories. I can't stand them.

I enjoy reading, and have been reading Star Wars stories (both published books, and Fan-Fiction) for about 6 years. I am a Star Wars costumer for Charity, with my Costuming Character being Corran Horn.
I am well-versed on the aspects of the New Jedi Order, and of the Starfighter side of the Rebellion.

SPOILERS!!!!!!!!!! I'd prefer not to read these but if you're running short of beta-readers, send it to me. I'll read anything, pretty much, as long as it doesn't have too many romantic scenes and stuff.

I don't have any preferences on a beta read as far as writing styles or characters go, just that you enjoy writing about Star Wars!
I do have a special place for missing scenes, though. If you have a story that fills in the blanks in the known Star Wars Universe, as well as Alternate Universes, stories that say "What if THIS happened instead of what actually happened?"
I only know the EU as far as Post-ROTJ up to the novel Darksaber at this time.

I always play some inspiring music, whether it be a soundtrack from one of the movies itself, or a music that I love, when I write. Do anything and everything you can to inspire your writing.
Take BREATHERS from your writing when you're done, and come back to your work later. You will always catch things that you want to change later on.
Take passion in what you write. If you have no passion for the story you're concocting, or for writing, then writing it doesn't make much sense.
